John Kirkwood

Home Inspector

John joined the ITB team in 2019 upon his move from the Chicago area where he directed a property management company that oversaw over 100 apartments and 5 strip malls. A cabinet maker by trade, John and his sons, Konnor and Karter, also managed dozens of remodeling projects both commercial and residential. John is our senior sewer scope technician and a valuable member of the ITB team.

Konnor Kirkwood

Home Inspector

Konnor joined the ITB team in 2019 and brought with him an expertise of all the modern technology and tools. Along with his exceptional skills as a home inspector, Konnor employs cutting edge technology in everything from drone inspections of rooftops to sewer scopes, thermal inspections, radon, and even air quality. With a background in Property Management and remodeling, and his certifications as a licensed home inspector, Konnor has a thorough understanding of commercial and residential properties and is a critical member of the ITB team.

Steve Juraszek

Owner/Home Inspector

Steve Juraszek is the founder of Inspect the Best, a residential and commercial inspection company. Steve began his career in the industry long before he was a residential and commercial inspector. Steve started working in the construction industry in Chicago, Illinois 35 years ago. He has assisted in building many of the beautiful city high risers and other commercial properties. Steve is also a member of the OPCMIA Operative Plasterers Cement Masons International Association. This expertise separates Steve from others because he understands the foundation of every structure and home. After moving to Arizona in 2000, he decided to get his inspecting license and was actually one of the first inspectors licensed in 2002 when Arizona started licensing. We have enginerred the best inspection team in the valley. We have great inspectors with extensive training and experienced inspectors, high quality inspections and Sewer Scopes, detailed reports and amazing customer service.
