Used this company to conduct a new home one year inspection. I paid extra for the sewer scope and it was worth every penny! The home builder forgot to remove the cap on the sewer end and water was backing up. Had I not opted for the scope, it would have only been a matter of time until the water backed up in to the house and outside on the one year warranty. They were also very thorough on their normal inspection. I would 100% recommend this company.
