Very detailed excellent report with pictures and videos well worth the $$. Perfect road map for builder warranty

This was the most professional and thorough experience I have ever had for an inspection of a home. We are building a new home with a national builder and Steve made the effort to build a relationship with their construction superintendent which really helped to make sure the items we needed addressed were taken care of. Steve took the time to show me each item he had identified that needed addressed. He also took the time to point out many things the builder was doing well which gave us comfort. The final report was all electronic and very easily accessible and easy to understand. The ITB team did an amazing job and our new home is going to be in substantially better condition when it is complete because of the effort Steve put into ding a great job.
